The tragic incident occurred in Rodkali (or Rurkali) Talab Ali village, under the jurisdiction of Bhopa police station in Muzaffarnagar. According to initial reports, Muskan served poison-laced rasgullas to her two children. After consuming the sweets, both children started vomiting and were rushed to the hospital, where they were declared dead.
